Prize from Nagemon Gacha did not show up
I won NFT from Nagemon Gacha, but I cannot find it in my NFT assets. What should I do?
Congratulations on winning Nagemon Gacha! Each Gacha is set up with a very competitive chance to win an NFT asset. So you are very lucky!
To make it clear: When you win an NFT from Nagemon Gacha, the prize still stays in the Gacha’s smart contract with your address is assigned as the winner. You need to transfer this prize to the main Ethereum network so that it can show in your NFT assets.
How to list item to NFT Market on Nagemon?
To be listed on Nagemon NFT Market, an NFT should be registered under a Category. The registered Category can be found on the left panel of the NFT Market.
When clicking on an NFT on the NFT Market, you can see the Category, as well as details of that Category.

I was awarded something called Monster Fossil. What is that? And what can I do with Monster Fossil?
Monster Fossil is a game ticket published by Nagemon. By using Monster Fossils, you can activate Gacha machines and get a new item in return.

How to play Gacha on Nagemon?
Users can access the Nagemon Gacha via HB Wallet or at nagemon.com/gachahome.
First up, let’s sign up for an account.
1. Open HB Wallet app. On the main screen, swipe up for quick access. Then select the ‘Nagemon Gacha‘ card.
2. You will be presented to the Nagemon home page. Tap on the menu icon on the upper right, then ‘Sign in’
3. Tap on ‘Start Nagemon’ to proceed
4. ‘Sign’ message to approve the interaction between your wallet and Nagemon.
5. Enter your email address to receive a Gacha ticket for free! Check your mailbox to Confirm. Tap ‘OK’ to finish up
Now you have an account. It’s time to Gacha!
1. To start playing, tap on the Menu icon on the upper right and choose ‘Gacha‘.

2. Select a Gacha machine you want to try your luck, then tap on ‘Play
3. To launch the machine, you will need a certain amount of Monster Fossil. First time player will receive 01 Monster Fossil for free. You can select ‘Play x1‘ to play one turn only, or ‘Play x10‘ to play 10 turns at once.
4. If you win, you will need to transfer the Gacha NFT Prize to the main network in order to start using it. Tap on ‘Transfer to Main Ethereum Network‘ to proceed.
