KEYRING is currently the main and most prominent brand of BACOOR. It is being developed into a large ecosystem, with products that are closely connected.
To ensure the best user experience, we’re consolidating all KEYRING product guides into one new support page, making it easier for users to find the right product and instructions.

# Getting Started
## What is NFTCARD?
NFTCARD is a new web/app which allows NFT collectors to mint an NFT once a physical NFC card is scanned and register that NFT to the address of the owner. In addition, NFTCARD has acted as an NFT explorer, allowing your applicable NFTs to be searched according to your address or NFTCard ID number.
NFTCARD currently supports NFTs on the main Ethereum, BNB and TOMO blockchain.

1. First of all, go to **scan.nftcard.app** and connect this website with your wallets through WalletConnect or MetaMask.
2. Open KEYRING PRO app on your mobile device, then use the button at the bottom center to scan the QR code.
3. Select the network, it could be either BNB, Tomochain, or Ethereum.
4\. “Confirm” to complete the connection.
When finishing this step, your address will be shown on the top right corner of your screen.
### Scan your NFT Card
Prior to the card scanning step, you would have to activate the NFC reader on your KEYRING PRO app.

## Use NFTCARD as an explorer
Copy your ***address*** or ***NFTCARD ID*** and paste onto the search tool bar on the homepage of your website to look up any information about NFTs, addresses, as well as the trackable activities, basically like other familiar explorers you've ever used.
**MYNFTCARDs** is also acted as a listing page where you would find all the NFTs that you've owned, what chains they belong to, and what their status is.
# FAQ
## What goes next when I scanned my NFT card?
You will see a screen that shows all of the information regarding your NFTs, including name of NFT, blockchain, contract address, token ID, owner's address, plus some sort of NFTs description, following with a list of activities.

## Will I be able to see if another user owned how many NFTs in their NFTCARD?
Yes. Click onto "MYNFTCARDs", you can search by NFTCARD ID or address to see if other users owned what kind of NFTs, and whether these NFTs were registered or not.
This helps verify the trading process in case you would like to merchandise your NFT cards.
## How to mint and register to use an NFT after scanning the card?
Since your NFTs have not been activated yet, this minting process is just like an easy unpack step, following with a registration to completely own the NFTs.
#### How to mint an NFT
1. Click "Create NFT"
2. Go over Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, then check "Agree".
3. Hit "Confirm".
When done creating an NFT, you can move onto the registration.
#### How to register to use an NFT
1. Click "Register to use".
2. Agree to Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
3. Hit "Confirm" to register your address as the owner.
## What if I use another app to wallet connect?
KeyCard Operation of KEYRING PRO is an amazing feature which not only securely displays private key of the account, stores information in a NFC KeyCard to another one, erases all date if you would like to, but also allows to read NFC Tag with a built-in reader.

## How many NFTs are stored in 1 Card?
There is only 01 NFT in 01 purchased NFT card, supporting 01 chain.
To be specific, after you buy one physical NFT card, you can check the status of the card using NFTCARD search function. Then you can go ahead and start creating NFT to officially own the NFT.
In case you buy the physical NFT card from another user. It means you happened to be the renter as the NFT is already created. Then you just need to "Register to use".
## Will I be able to send NFTs stored in the NFT Cards?
No. NFTCARD is not a trading site. You can only send NFTs when you sell physical NFT cards to other users, they can lately scan the card and register NFTs to use/sell/send.
## Why mint an NFT?
The key reason is derived from NFT rental model, which applies ERC-4907 as a standard.
ERC-4907 works as a separator of the two "owner" and "renter" roles, simply managing the things that the lessor and lessee can/can't do with NFT.

#### How long does it take to mint a NFT? What about the fee?
It only takes less than 20 seconds to mint a brand new NFT.

Yes. If you buy a physical NFT Card from another user and register to use the created NFT, an additional fee charge may be required.
Please make sure that you have enough tokens to pay for the gas fee.

## Will I be able to transfer my domain?
Yes. The domain is stored in your cryptocurrency wallet and can be transferred by you after you claim the name on the blockchain with your wallet.
## How will I be able to view a Blockchain Website?
You will need to use a mirroring service, a browser extension, or a browser that supports blockchain domains.
## Will I be able to search and find Blockchain Domain Websites on Google or other engines?
Major search engines do not currently index blockchain domain websites. For now, you will be able to search for them at unstoppabledomains.com and app.angoname.com that integrate our search bar, or on blockchain apps that index blockchain domain websites.
## Are Blockchain Domains part of ICANN/traditional DNS?
No. Blockchain domains are what’s called alternate roots. They are not part of the current DNS.
## Will there be some sort of 'whois' record with my personal information associated with my domain?
Not by default. Sharing ‘whois’ information is opt-in i.e. something that you can choose to do if you want. Otherwise, your identity will not be publicly known.
## How do trademarks work with Blockchain Domains?
Trademark holders with proof of ownership can apply to claim ownership of trademarked names. If a trademark name has already been sold, then it will be refunded. Note - this process ends once domains have been distributed. Unstoppable Domains does not have the ability to move a domain once distribution has occurred.
## How do payments work with my Blockchain Domains?
Add your bitcoin, Ethereum, and Zilliqa addresses to your .zil or .crypto domain inside of the ‘my domains’ section at unstoppabledomains.com. When someone types yourname.zil into a supporting wallet, the wallet looks up that domain on the blockchain, finds the appropriate address, and sends to the address associated with that name.
## Does Angoname provide you with a wallet?
Yes, but only for holding your blockchain domains. In order to send and receive cryptocurrency using your domain, you will use wallets that have integrated our software. You are also able to use your own self custody wallet to hold domains.
## How to connect wallets on the Angoname market?
First, you may head to and search the domain name you wish for in the search bar.
Secondly, you need to connect your wallet. Connection through Metamask and Walletconnect is supported.
Don't forget to sign your confirmation if you choose to connect through Metamask extention
## How to purchase domains on the Angoname market?
Search the domain name you wish for. Please note that you are only able to buy the domain name which is available.
In order to buy the available name, click on "unstoppable domains" to proceed with your payment.
"Add to cart" the domain name you would like to purchase.
Finalize your purchase by clicking on "go to cart" to make a payment.
There are now four payment options available for you. Choose the most convenient for you.
## How to check what domain names you own?
First, you need to click on "My domains".
Now, all your purchased domain names appear.
## How to resell your domain names on the Angoname market?
Click on the domain name you would like to resell in your "My domains"
Then, click on "Sell"
Input the price you want to sell. Please make sure that you have enough ETH to pay for the gas fee. Afterward, click "Sell"

## Custom URL (Blockchain domains) with Unstoppable Domains
Once you have configured your browser as per this guide you will be able to access `.crypto` Blockchain domains in 2 different ways:
1. `http://domainname.crypto` note **http** not https
2. **domainname.crypto/** the **forward slash** is to override your browser’s search engine searching for the domain.
If you have the [Unstoppable extension](https://unstoppabledomains.com/extension) in your browser you will need to disable it to switch to DNS over https (which retains the domain name in the browser).

**1.** Select browser settings from the menu in the top right of Chrome.
**2.** From the Settings menu select Privacy and security > Security > Advanced section and set Custom URL as

## Introduction to the Menu of Pantograph App
Before using Pantograph App, there’s some basic information about the menu of Pantograph App you should know. Let’s find out.
### How to access the menu?
Tap on the *‘Menu’* icon on the top right of Pantograph screen to access the Menu.
### What’s on the menu?
Let us guide you through the menu of the Pantograph App.
* **Account settings**
You can update your *Profile Image* and *Info* with this function. Once everything is done, just tap on *‘Save’*.
* **Address book**
You can save the addresses of your friends, and acquaintances with this function. It will be easy & convenient for you to send them something next time.
To add, tap on the *‘+’* button, paste the address, insert a name then tap *‘Register’*. To search, select the search bar then insert the name.
* **Notification list**
You can review previous notifications of your Pantograph with this function.
* **Manage receive links**
You can manage your created [receive links](https://support.bacoor.io/receive-link/) or your activated receive links that other users sent to you.
* **PIN Code**
You can create a *PIN Code* to secure your Pantograph account with this function. After the creation process, you can also change the *PIN Code* or remove it completely.
Once a *PIN Code* is created, you will always be asked to insert the *PIN Code* before sending your assets or viewing the *Private Key*.
* **Address key**
You can find your [*Private Key*](https://support.bacoor.io/private-key/) in this section. Your *Private Key* is very important to [restore your account](https://support.bacoor.io/restore-account/) or to avoid other people to access your account.
Please keep in mind that no one else has this, even our Pantograph team. **You’re the only one who can see and find your *****Private Key*****.** This basically means if somebody else knows your *Private Key*. They can access your account and take everything in it.
* **Account backup**
You can back up your account to a JSON file with this feature. With this JSON file, you can restore your account on any device later.
*(\*) Please save your JSON file in a secured place.*
* **Restore account**
You can restore your account using a JSON file with this feature.
* **Language**
Obviously, you can change the language of your Pantograph with this function.
* **Regional currency**
This feature enables you to change the currency unit of Pantograph. The app currently supports over 30 different local currencies.

* **Change Mode**

# FAQ
## Create wallet on Pantograph DEX
To fully experience Pantograph DEX, you will need to unlock a TomoChain wallet.
In case you do not have a TomoChain wallet, you can create a new one in some simple steps as follow:
On the *Unlock* page, click on **Create new wallet**, then click **I understand**.
\
A combination of 12 words called *Seed Phrase* will show up. Make sure to write it down or copy it for the next step.
At this step, you can also show the *Private Key* of your account by clicking **Show my private key**. Make sure to save this *Private Key* somewhere secret and safe.
Click **I written it down** to move to the next step.
Confirm the Phrase by tapping each word in the correct order. You can also get back to the previous step to check it again. Click **Confirm** when it’s done.
You are now in!
Now you have your Seed Phrase and Private Key, you can restore that account via Pantograph Extension ([with Seed Phrase](https://support.bacoor.io/reset-password-pantograph-extension/), [with Private Key](https://support.bacoor.io/import-account-pantograph-extension/)), or use them to unlock right in Pantograph DEX (***not recommended***).
From the *Unlock* page, click **Others**, then select either **Private Key** or **Mnemonic Phrase**.
Input *Private Key* or *Seed Phrase*, then click **Unlock Wallet**.
## How to Import Account with Pantograph Extension?
There are 2 ways to import an account with Pantograph Extension: Using *Seed Phrase* and using *Private Key*.
To import an account using *Seed Phrase*, see [here](https://support.bacoor.io/reset-password-pantograph-extension/).
To import an account using *Private Key*, follow these steps:
Click on the logo on the top-right corner of the Pantograph Extension, select **Import Account**.
Paste your *Private Key*, then click **Import** to finish up.
## Incorrect Balance on Pantograph Extension
**Looks like the Pantograph Extension is displaying my balance incorrectly. What should I do?**
First of all, you might want to check your balance again at TomoScan: [https://scan.tomochain.com](https://scan.tomochain.com/). TomoScan is the blockchain explorer of TomoChain and will show the correct balance as well as the detail of every transaction.
If the Pantograph Extension is displaying the incorrect or inaccurate balance for TOMO or other TRC-21 tokens, try these steps one by one until your balance is displayed correctly:
1\) Close down your browser where you have the Pantograph Extension installed then open it again.
2\) [Switch the network to Testnet](https://support.bacoor.io/switch-network-pantograph-extension/), then switch back to Mainnet.
3\) Execute the [Account Reset](https://support.bacoor.io/reset-account-pantograph-extension/) process.
4\) Install Pantograph Extension using another supported browser (Firefox, Chrome, Brave) from our official website (), then restore your account using the 12-word [Seed Phrase](https://support.bacoor.io/seed-phrase-pantograph-extension/).
## How to Switch Network on Pantograph Extension?
You can switch between *Mainnet* and *Testnet* of TomoChain on Pantograph Extension by following these simple steps:
Click on the top side of Pantograph Extension to access the drop-down menu. Select ‘*Test TomoChain Network*‘ to switch your account to the *Testnet* of TomoChain. Select ‘*Main TomoChain Network*‘ to switch back to the TomoChain *Mainnet* at any time.
## How to Reset Account on Pantograph Extension?
> **MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE YOU PASSWORD, SEED PHRASE, and PRIVATE KEYS (IMPORTED ACCOUNTS) before performing the Reset Account process.**
To reset account on Pantograph Extension:
– Click the icon on the top-right corner of Pantograph Extension. Select ‘*Settings*‘.
Select ‘*Advanced*‘, then scroll down to find *Reset Account*. Click ‘*Reset Account*‘
Click ‘*Reset*‘ to finish up.
## How to Reset Password on Pantograph Extension?
When resetting your password for your Pantograph wallet, you will need your **12-word seed phrase**. If you do not already have your seed phrase saved someplace safe, please make sure to read [How to Reveal Seed Phrase](https://support.bacoor.io/seed-phrase-pantograph-extension/).
> **Before trying these steps, confirm that you have your Seed Phrase with you, as you will not be able to reset your password otherwise and will risk being locked out of your wallet.**
If your wallet is currently unlocked, please log out. Click on the top-right corner icon, then click ‘*Log out*‘.
At the login view, click *Restore account* / *Import using account seed phrase*.
Enter your 12-word Seed Phrase in the *Wallet Seed*. Make sure that they are added in order, with a single space, in all lower cases.
Enter the new password, then confirm the new password. Click ‘*Restore*‘ to finish up.
## How to reveal Seed Phrase on Pantograph Extension?
> **Warning**: DO NOT share this Seed Phrase with anyone! These words can be used to steal all your accounts. You can’t edit/change your Seed Phrase.
If for some reason you forgot to record your 12-word Seed Phrase or you lost the original copy, as long as your account is still unlocked on Pantograph Extension, you can reveal your Seed Phrase so you can back it up again.
From the *Menu*, click ‘*Settings*‘, then go to ‘*Security & Privacy*‘. Click on ‘*Reveal Seed Phrase*‘.
Enter the password, click ‘*Next*‘ to reveal your Seed Phrase.
The 12 words below are your Seed Phrase. Now you can either copy this Seed Phrase to the clipboard or save it as CSV File. Make sure to keep it somewhere secure.
## How to Export a Private Key on Pantograph Extension?
> **Warning:** Exporting your account could be risky as it displays your private key in cleartext. Therefore, you should make sure no one else sees, or otherwise is able to capture a screenshot while you retrieve your private key, to avoid possible loss of your TOMO/tokens. Many phishing campaigns would ask for your private key, which would help them gain access to your accounts. You should never share your private key with anyone, including the Pantograph team. We will not ask for your private key when we manage or troubleshoot your issues.
O the Pantograph Extension, select the account you would like to export by clicking on the top-right icon.
On that account page, click on the *Menu* (3-dot icon), then select ‘*Account Details*‘.
Click ‘*Export Private Key*‘, input password, then click ‘*Confirm*‘ to export your Private Key. Click on the Private Key to copy. Make sure you keep this somewhere secured.
Click ‘*Done*‘ to close the screen.
## How to View and Add Tokens in Pantograph Extension?
#### View Token
Normally, Pantograph Extension displays TOMO and TRC-21 you own on your account page.
To see your tokens, click on *Menu*. Your tokens should be listed under this Menu.
#### Hide token
On the token list, click on the 3-dot icon next to the token that you would like to hide. Click ‘*Hide Token*‘, then confirm by clicking ‘*Hide*‘.
#### Add token
If your desired tokens are not listed automatically, you may add them manually. On the *Menu*, scroll down and click on ‘*Add Token*‘. This process brings you to a search bar, where you can find popular tokens easily.
In the *Search* bar, type the name of the token. Select your token, click ‘*Next*‘, then click ‘*Add Tokens*‘.
If the token you search for is not among the most popular tokens, the search bar may not return the token you queried. In this case, you can manually add a custom token.
From the *Add Tokens* page, move to the *Custom Token* tab. Paste the contract address of your token in the ‘*Token Contract Address*‘ field. In most cases, the *Token Symbol* and *Decimals of Precision* will autofill. Click ‘*Next*‘, then click ‘*Add Tokens*‘ to finish up.
## What is Panto Auction?
**Panto Auction is a Dutch Auction.**
In Dutch Auction, the price of assets will decrease by 5% per hour. It will come to zero in 20 hours since the opening of the auction.
Hence, in Panto Auction, after being listed on auction, your Pantogram’s price will start at where you set and will come to zero in 20 hours.
During Panto Auction:
* If you purchase your Pantogram, you will receive a 70% discount.
* If another user purchases your Pantogram, you will receive 70% of the sale price.
If no one buys your Pantogram from this auction, the Pantogram will be distributed for free on Panto Market. When it comes to this period, you cannot retrieve your Pantogram to your account nor buy it from Panto Market.

## What “limit trading” and “market trading”?
When trading with Pantograph DEX, you might wonder what is the difference between “Limit” and “Market” trading. We are here to help.
#### Limit Trading
Limit trading is when traders place buy or sell orders at a specified price, either higher or lower than market price. For buy limit orders, the orders will be executed only at the “limit” price or at a lower one, while for sell limit orders, the orders will be executed only at the “limit” price or at a higher one.
Limit Order requires Price and Amount field to be filled before Submitting.
Your placed Limit Order will show on the Order Book with a small yellow triangle.
#### Market Trading
When choosing Market, traders will be able to buy or sell immediately. This type of trading guarantees that the order will be executed, but does not guarantee the execution price. A market order generally will execute at or near the current bid (for a sell order) or ask (for a buy order) price. However, it is important to remember that the last traded price is not necessarily the price at which a market order will be executed.
You needn’t fill the Price field when placing a Market Order.
## What is the minimum/maximum trade order size on Pantograph DEX?
Since there is a [fee](https://support.bacoor.io/fee-on-pantograph-dex/) when trading on Pantograph DEX, a limit is applied when making an order.
* Minimum order size must be greater than 1 TOMO in pairs corresponding to USDT.
* No Maximum order size.
*For example:*
I make an order buying BTC with the value = 1 in USDT. According to the rate at the writing time, 1 USDT = 0.79 TOMO, which means I didn’t reach the minimum order size.
I proceed with the order anyway to see what comes next. Here’s how it happens:
## What is the fee on Pantograph DEX?
#### Trading fee on Pantograph DEX
When an order is executed, **0.15%** of the order value in USDT will be charged as a trading fee.
*For example*:
– Scenario 1: A creates a Buy order on Pantograph DEX, B takes that order on Pantograph DEX. Both A and B will be charged 0.15% of the order value in USDT by Pantograph DEX.
– Scenario 2: A creates a Buy order on Pantograph DEX, B takes that order from another DEX. Only A will be charged 0.15% of the order value in USDT by Pantograph DEX, while B may be charged by another DEX.
#### Cancellation fee on Pantograph DEX
~~When an order is canceled, **0.01%** of the order value will be charged as a cancellation fee.~~
This cancellation fee will be charged at the time that the trader cancels his/her order.

With the [Zorro Release](https://medium.com/tomochain/tomochain-network-upgrade-the-zorro-release-8f5380b71433) from TomoChain, the Cancellation Fee has been updated.
> The Zorro Release will adjust the cancellation to a fixed 0.001 TOMO for all TOMO pairs and to 0 for all non-TOMO trading pairs irrespective of the value placed on the order book.
It means on Pantograph DEX, the cancellation fee would be **0.01 TOMO** for the TOMO-USDT pair (in USDT), while it costs **0** to cancel with the other pairs.
#### Lending fee on Pantograph DEX
If a user wants to borrow 1,000 USDT, he will be charged a service fee of 0.5% \* 1,000 = 5 USDT.
## How to create account on Pantograph DEX?
Trading on Pantograph DEX does not require any username or password. You will need only a *Private Key* / *Mnemonic Phrase* (*Seed Phrase*) to sign in, or by using Pantograph Extension on the web browser.

## Tokens not displayed on Pantograph?
**I sent my ERC-20 tokens to a TomoChain address successfully but I cannot see my tokens on either Pantograph extension or Pantograph App. Is there something wrong?**
Although Ethereum address and TomoChain address have the same structure, they are actually 02 different blockchains.
ERC-20 [tokens](https://support.bacoor.io/what-are-tokens/) are tokens on Ethereum meanwhile TRC-21 tokens are on TomoChain.
Pantograph extension and Pantograph App supports TomoChain (TOMO) and TRC-21 tokens only. That’s why you cannot check your ERC-20 tokens on Pantograph.
Nevertheless, your tokens are still safe in the receiver address. You can check the balance via [Etherscan](http://etherscan.io/).
## How to Pantogram?

## How to display token on HB Wallet?
Instead of a default image card, you can display your ERC-20 token with your own designed one.
To register your token a card image, follow the steps below:
1\. [Download](https://www.hb-wallet.com/) HB Wallet desktop, launch the app. From the *Home* screen, click ‘*Settings'*
2\. Click ‘*Register Token Card*
3\. Fill in all of the required fields. Make sure to mention your email address so that we can contact you.
4\. We collect **500 USD** for the token card registration fee. You can pay this fee in either **ETH** or **HBWALLET**. If you choose to pay in **HBWALLET**, a **50% discount** will be applied. Details can be found below.
5\. When everything is done, click ‘*Register*‘ to finish up

## Cannot send assets on Ethereum
**I would like to send assets but there’s an error that appears on my screen. What should I do?**
This error happens when:
1. You do not have enough ETH for [gas fee](https://support.bacoor.io/gas-fee/) to perform the transaction; *or*
2. A transaction is still pending, so you cannot perform a new one.
***Here’s the solution***
* **In scenario 1:**
The gas fee in the Ethereum network can accidentally surge, which results in the error. Obviously, you need to deposit more ETH to your account so that it can reach the standard gas fee, and the transaction can be executed.
On HB Wallet mobile, you cannot adjust the gas fee. However, on HB Wallet desktop, it can be done as follow:
* **In scenario 2:**
The surge of gas fee in the Ethereum network can also result in pending status for your transaction. The best way to solve this issue is to cancel the pending transaction.
First of all, you should check the Nonce of the transaction via Etherscan.
After that, initiating a transaction that sends 0 ETH to your own account. Please be noticed that before submitting, you need some setups for this new transaction. You should set the gas fee higher than the pending one, and replace the Nonce with the old Nonce.
Confirm the new transaction.
The new transaction will be verified first by the miner, and it will replace the pending one.
## Add tokens with HB Wallet
Usually, you can [check the balance](https://support.bacoor.io/check-balance/) right on your HB Wallet home screen. If you cannot find your tokens in HB Wallet, you can manually add tokens following the instructions below.
1\. On the home screen, tap the 3-dot icon to enter the *Menu*
2\. Tap on *‘Search Token’*, then tap on the *‘+’*
3\. Copy and paste the *Contract Address*, then select an image for your token (if any), then tap on *‘Save’*
## Send/Receive with HB Wallet
HB Wallet allows you to send and receive assets such as Ether and ERC-20 tokens in the most convenient way.
* **Send assets**
To send assets with HB Wallet, in the Home Screen, swipe up to access the full list of ETH/ERC-20 Tokens. Tap on the card which you would like to send.
1\. Select the asset’s card. Choose ‘*Send*‘ at the bottom of the screen.
2\. Enter the destination and the transmission amount. Tap ‘*Send*‘ to initiate the transaction.

* **Receive assets**
In order to receive assets, you should have the sender scan your QR Code, or you can copy your address then tell your sender.

## Check balance with HB Wallet
HB Wallet support Ether and ERC-20 tokens. Hence, you can always check your Ethereum balance with HB Wallet. If you have ETH and any ERC-20 tokens in your wallet, HB Wallet will show them all right on your home screen.
Swipe up to access the full list of ERC-20 tokens. Tap on one card to check the balance of that token.

# Blockchain Knowledge
## What is Blockchain?
Blockchain is basically a new method of storing data.
* **The traditional way**: We store everything on a **centralized** server. All data is gathered in one place to process. If the centralized server is manipulated, all data will be lost, or maybe modified. Hence, the integrity of data is at risk most of the time.
* **With Blockchain:**
* We store data in a block, which contains data and timestamp (created time). All created blocks obviously are connected, which create a consecutive chain in an order of time. That’s why we call this technology ‘Block-chain’.
* Not just that, the Blockchain is hosted by multiple computers. Each one is called ‘Node’, which contains a copy of the Blockchain. Every time a new block is created, it needs to be verified by more than 51% of the nodes. Only until then, the new block will be recorded.
* Created blocks cannot be altered. We can only add new blocks to record an altered version of the recorded data. This means the integrity of data is intact, and we can always trace it back to the original version.

## What is Smart Contract?
Smart Contract is similar to a regular contract, but instead of being created of ink & paper, people make the Smart Contract with the Programming language. Smart Contract is created and stored on a certain Blockchain, in a block, with a timestamp.
Smart Contract can execute automatically by itself when a certain condition is reached.
It’s a trust-less system with a transparent mechanism.
1. You can check the code in any Smart Contract, and how it operates before filling up the condition by using any Block Explorer.
2. Once a Smart Contract is created, it cannot be re-written.
3. No one operates the Smart Contract, but itself.
## What are Tokens?
Blockchain tokens are created from Smart Contract, an advanced feature of Blockchain. This enables users to create assets that transferable. Technically, everything that exists on Blockchain is data.
**For example:**
A creates a type of token Z that pledged to USD as a median of exchange. Token Z is actually recorded by a Smart Contract on Blockchain that verifies its value is always equal to USD. A actually does not create any physical assets, but a Smart Contract that records the existence of token Z, and tracks the movement of token Z, or even its ownership.
B accepts token Z and willing to trade some goods, or even fiat for token Z so that he can use token Z to achieve something else. Then, they make a trade. In this case, value is created from thin air. The good thing is token Z cannot just disappear as everything is recorded on Blockchain in an order of time. It’s a trustless system as any movement is reported by Blockchain. Of course, B can send token Z to anyone he wants regardless of borders, or administration. That’s the strongest point of Token Z.
## What is NFT?
NFT stands for **Non-Fungible Token**.
Basically, you can create NFT by using Smart Contract based on Blockchain. It means everything is store on a certain Blockchain. Any Blockchain that provides a Smart Contract feature will be able to generate an environment to create NFT.
An NFT would normally contain an image with special attributes. The attributes can be anything that text-based, like a passcode, characteristic of an item, a description, etc.
An NFT would last forever on a Blockchain with a unique ID, and each is differentiated by its ID. They might contain the same image and attribute, but the ID will be different. Every data is recorded on a block with created time (timestamp). As a result, it creates authenticity.

## What is Private Key?
Private Key is basically the password to access your account. In the Blockchai, you only need a Private Key to access an account, without a need to know other things like the username, or anything at all. Private Key is all you need.
This simply means who has the Private Key will be the owner. You cannot modify your Private Key in any way, as it’s provided by the Blockchain. In case your Private Key is leaked, you have to move everything to another account immediately. The reason is your account is not secured anymore.

## What is gas fee?
Gas fee is required to successfully conduct a transaction or execute a contract on the blockchain
On the Ethereum blockchain, *gas* refers to the cost necessary to perform a transaction on the network.
In essence, gas fees are paid in Ethereum’s native currency. Gas prices are denoted in Gwei, which itself is a denomination of ETH – each Gwei is equal to 0.000000001 ETH (10-9 ETH). For example, instead of saying that your gas costs 0.000000001 Ether, you can say your gas costs 1 Gwei.
For basic ETH transactions, a standard gas limit is 21,000. So for example, let’s consider a hypothetical generic transaction sent when the gas price is 100 gwei. We can compute this transaction’s cost by multiplying 21,000 (gas limit) x 100 (gas price) x 0.000000001 (gwei denomination), with the result being 0.0021 ETH.
**Gas limits for ERC-20 token transfers can range from 25,000 to as high as 500,000.**
If the gas limit exceeds your ETH balance, the transactions will not be initiated and an error pop-up will appear.
## What “limit trading” and “market trading”?
When trading with Pantograph DEX, you might wonder what is the difference between “Limit” and “Market” trading. We are here to help.
#### Limit Trading
Limit trading is when traders place to buy or sell orders at a specified price, either higher or lower than the arket price. For buy limit orders, the orders will be executed only at the “limit” price or at a lower one, while for sell limit orders, the orders will be executed only at the “limit” price or at a higher one.
Limit Order requires the Price and Amount field to be filled before Submitting.
Your placed Limit Order will show on the Order Book with a small yellow triangle.
#### Market Trading
When choosing Market, traders will be able to buy or sell immediately. This type of trading guarantees that the order will be executed, but does not guarantee the execution price. A market order generally will execute at or near the current bid (for a sell order) or ask (for a buy order) price. However, it is important to remember that the last traded price is not necessarily the price at which a market order will be executed.

## How to Export a Private Key on Pantograph Extension?
> **Warning:** Exporting your account could be risky as it displays your private key in cleartext. Therefore, you should make sure no one else sees, or otherwise is able to capture a screenshot while you retrieve your private key, to avoid possible loss of your TOMO/tokens. Many phishing campaigns would ask for your private key, which would help them gain access to your accounts. You should never share your private key with anyone, including the Pantograph team. We will not ask for your private key when we manage or troubleshoot your issues.
the Pantograph Extension, please select the account you would like to export by clicking on the top-right icon.
On that account page, click on the *Menu* (3-dot icon), then select ‘*Account Details*‘.
Click ‘*Export Private Key*‘, input password, then click ‘*Confirm*‘ to export your Private Key. Click on the Private Key to copy. Make sure you keep this somewhere secured.
Click ‘*Done*‘ to close the screen.
## How to reveal Seed Phrase on Pantograph Extension?
> **Warning**: DO NOT share this Seed Phrase with anyone! These words can be used to steal all your accounts. You can’t edit/change your Seed Phrase.
If for some reason you forgot to record your 12-word Seed Phrase or you lost the original copy, as long as your account is still unlocked on Pantograph Extension, you can reveal your Seed Phrase so you can back it up again.
From the *Menu*, click ‘*Settings*‘, then go to ‘*Security & Privacy*‘. Click on ‘*Reveal Seed Phrase*‘.
Enter the password, click ‘*Next*‘ to reveal your Seed Phrase.
The 12 words below are your Seed Phrase. Now you can either copy this Seed Phrase to the clipboard or save it as CSV File. Make sure to keep it somewhere secure.
## How to Reset Password on Pantograph Extension?
When resetting your password for your Pantograph wallet, you will need your **12-word seed phrase**. If you do not already have your seed phrase saved someplace safe, please make sure to read [How to Reveal Seed Phrase](https://support.bacoor.io/seed-phrase-pantograph-extension/).
> **Before trying these steps, confirm that you have your Seed Phrase with you, as you will not be able to reset your password otherwise and will risk being locked out of your wallet.**
If your wallet is currently unlocked, please log out. Click on the top-right corner icon, then click ‘*Log out* ‘.
At the login view, click *Restore account* / *Import using account seed phrase*.
Enter your 12-word Seed Phrase in the *Wallet Seed*. Make sure that they are added in order, with a single space, in all lower cases.
Enter the new password, then confirm the new password. Click ‘*Restore*‘ to finish up.
## How to Switch Network on Pantograph Extension?
You can switch between *Mainnet* and *Testnet* of TomoChain on Pantograph Extension by following these simple steps:
Click on the top side of Pantograph Extension to access the drop-down menu. Select ‘*Test TomoChain Network*‘ to switch your account to the *Testnet* of TomoChain. Select ‘*Main TomoChain Network*‘ to switch back to the TomoChain *Mainnet* at any time.
## My device is lost
**I lost my device! Is my fund still safe?**
The good news is your assets are not actually stored in your device. Everything is on Blockchain. It means as long as you still have your private key, you can always get your assets back safe and sound.
You can just get a new device, re-install a wallet application, and restore your old account with your private key. From then, it’s a good idea to move everything to a new account. Since the device is lost, there is a chance somebody might be able to access your old account, so it’s best to use a new account instead.
## Sending to the wrong address
**I made a mistake. I sent my assets to the wrong address. Is there anything I can do to get my fund back?**
If you accidentally send your asset to the wrong address. **There is no way, or no one can reverse what happened**.
Blockchain is based on a decentralized structure, which means no one has the authority to alter recorded data. It’s totally different from a centralized structure where an entity has the full power to manipulate or modify the system.
Please be extra careful when sending your asset.
## What if I lose my Private Key?
The private key serves as proof of ownership over a wallet address and should never be revealed, exposed, or shared with anybody, online or offline, since doing so may result in the loss of cash. It should be kept safe (ideally offline on a piece of paper) and only you should have access to it. **Please keep in mind that once a private key has been lost, there is no way to retrieve or renew it.**
Apart from the private key, there are additional methods for importing your wallet address and recovering the tokens stored inside.
They are:
* Mnemonic phrase/seed phrase/recovery phrase
an ordered list of 12 or 24 random individual words
Occasionally 13 or 25, with the additional word being a password established by the owner.
* Keystore/JSON file a file with an encrypted version of your address' private key
These are generally supplied to you by the wallet service provider when you create a wallet address, and they will usually urge you to store a backup of them somewhere personal and safe. You should be able to simply access/import your address if you have access to any of the aforementioned. **If you don't have any of these three, you might not be able to go back into your account and retrieve your token**.
*\*Please keep in mind that importing a wallet address by its private key or mnemonic phrase should only be done as a last option because it exposes the wallet address online. If you want cash immediately, it is suggested that you transfer the funds to a newly formed address after importing the previous address. Alternatively, if you only want to keep the coins, it's best to keep the tokens in the address until you're ready to spend them.\**
